Founded by Clemson University alumnus Dan Giordano, Esso Construction brings a unique blend of creativity, craftsmanship, and experience to every project. Dan began his career as a land planner, crafting master plans for large developments across North and South Carolina. His passion for detailed design led him to the world of custom concrete swimming pools, where he created stunning residential paradises in the greater Charlotte area.

To further hone his expertise, Dan spent seven years in Manhattan as a commercial construction superintendent, managing high-profile projects such as headquarters for Mediterranean Shipping Company, Verizon, Victoria’s Secret, RSM, Justworks, and iconic brands like Deloitte and Macy’s. During this time, he also cultivated his skills as a carpenter and craftsman, designing custom furniture, decks, and porches for friends and family.

Since returning to the Charlotte area in 2022, Dan has expanded Esso Construction into a thriving business built on his comprehensive knowledge of construction.
